【Travel Conditions】
■Departure Point: Toyonaka statioin (Meeting time: 15 minutes before departure) ■Arrival Point: Kuzuha station ■Destination: Osaka Prefecture ■travel period: 1Day trip ■Meals: 1 lunch (Soba Dokoro kajikasou minoh: Soba) ■Transportation: private car (Toyota HiAce or equivalent class) ■Interpreter (English): Accompanying ■Capacity: 8 persons ■Minimum Participants: 1 person (The tour will be canceled if the minimum number of participants is not reached. We will contact you only in the event of cancellation.)
【About Tour Price】
■Please pay the tour price by the due date set by our company before the trip begins.
■included in the tour: Transportation fares and fees for carriers specified in the itinerary, meal costs, travel handling fees, and consumption tax and other applicable taxes.
*Refunds will not be provided for any portion of the above fees if unused due to customer circumstances.
■Not included in the tour: Transportation costs not included in the itinerary, expenses during free time, and personal expenses (telephone charges, dry cleaning fees, souvenirs/shopping expenses, etc.).
【Cancellation Policy】
Cancellations before the day before the start date of the trip and before the day corresponding to the 11th day: free
Cancellations on or after the 10th day from the day before the start date of the trip: 20% of the travel fee
Cancellations on or after the day 7 days from the day before the start date of the trip: 30% of the travel fee
Cancellation the day before the start date of the trip: 40% of the tour fee
Cancellation on the day of commencement of the trip (before tour departure): 50% of the tour fee
Cancellation on the day of commencement of the trip (after tour departure): 100% of the tour fee

■Times and itinerary details are subject to change due to traffic conditions or other circumstances. (Stay time may be shortened.)
■The tour will proceed rain or shine.
■The private car does not have a restroom. Smoking is prohibited onboard. If the number of applicants is odd, men and women may be seated together.
■If meal changes due to food allergies or religious reasons incur additional costs, the difference will be charged separately.
(Requests must be made at least 14 days before the tour start date.)
■For online bookings, all communications will be via email. The final itinerary will be emailed by the day before the tour start date.
